REFERENCES & KEY ASSIGNMENTS

BETIAC is involved in a wide range of technical projects, often requiring a detailed understanding of systems, their interfaces, and operational constraints.

The elements presented below illustrate real engineering situations, addressed in different frameworks and project contexts.

ETHICS & CONFIDENTIALITY

The references presented illustrate real engineering situations across public and private contexts. They are intentionally concise and anonymized, in line with the confidentiality obligations governing BETIAC’s assignments.

Complex Multi-System Projects – Urban Transport

Interventions on public transport projects in dense urban environments, involving signaling systems, operational systems, and interfaces with the public realm.

Experience references:

  • Casablanca Tramway lines (T3 / T4): Owner’s Engineer support (AMO) for Railway signalling systems and Traffic signal control systems
  • Casablanca BRT (lines L5/L6 and maintenance depot): Contract Manager for ELV Systems (Including: Multiservice Network, CCTV, SCADA/BMS, Telephony, Public Address System (PA), Access Control, Fire detection and alarm systems)

Key Challenges & Responsibilities:

  • Management of both technical and administrative aspects
  • Coordination of critical and heterogeneous systems
  • Integration of operational, safety, and IT/OT cybersecurity constraints
  • Management of Testing, commissioning, and acceptance phases
  • Technical and administrative arbitration

Complex Buildings and High-Rise Structures

Support for building and infrastructure projects with a high level of technical density, requiring rigorous coordination of electrical systems (HV/LV and ELV) and life safety systems.

Experience references :

  • Multiple high-rise buildings (office and residential), AUDA area: G+11 and G+16 buildings with underground parking levels
  • Hospital facility (over 120 beds)
  • Vocational training center for hospitality and tourism professions
  • Regional logistics platform for strategic reserves, Casablanca region

Key Challenges & Responsibilities :

  • Design and engineering of electrical systems (HV/LV and ELV), lighting, lightning protection, and renewable energy integration
  • Coordination of fire and life safety systems
  • Service continuity and regulatory compliance
  • Coordination of technical building trades

Critical Facilities & Operations

Interventions on operational sites and strategic facilities, where reliability, maintainability, and continuity of service are key requirements

Experience references :

  • Specialized port facilities (hydrocarbon terminal)
  • Moulay Abdellah Stadium (approx. 52,000 seats at the time of the project): the scope included multiple critical systems delivered under strict operational requirements and a fixed, non-extendable schedule
  • Operational shopping malls

Key Challenges & Responsibilities :

  • Production of technical design packages
  • Securing the reliable operation of installations
  • Service continuity and regulatory compliance
  • In-depth assessment of existing conditions
  • Tailoring technical solutions to actual operational use

Technical Audit & Independent Expertise

Interventions as an independent third party to audit, assess, and secure existing technical installations or projects under development.

Experience references:

  • Audit of electrical systems (HV/LV, ELV, renewable energy) for a banking headquarters (confidential)
  • Technical audits of a commercial mall, covering electrical systems (HV/LV, ELV), elevators, escalators, fire and life safety systems, fire protection systems, and gas installations

Key Challenges & Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory compliance and safety
  • Risk identification and prioritization of corrective actions
  • Technical recommendations and support for compliance implementation

BETIAC approaches each assignment by aligning technical and contractual rigor, a clear understanding of client needs, and accountability for the project’s future operation.
