Owner’s Engineering Support (AMO – systems and technical packages)
Supporting the project owner in defining requirements and analysing technical solutions, providing decision-support assistance that includes procedures, procurement processes, and technical and administrative arbitration throughout the project.
Systems and Technical Packages Engineering (Design & Coordination)
Design and coordination of technical systems and associated packages, from study phases through to implementation, including technical management, interface coordination, and the handling of technical and administrative aspects related to execution.
Technical Studies and Audits
Preparation of technical studies and analyses, as well as compliance or performance audits, focused on systems, networks, and technical installations, in support of new or existing projects.
Execution Follow-up and Technical Assistance
Targeted interventions supporting the follow-up of technical systems and packages during construction, including compliance control, coordination of stakeholders, and monitoring of contractual and documentation-related elements.
